You may have heard of horse-based coaching. Horse-based coaching uses horses as a tool for personal development. As both flight and herd animals, horses are constantly scanning their surroundings. Traditional horse-based coaching involves performing a specific task in the presence of the horse, based on a specific request.

In these sessions, the horse reflects your behavior and attitude, which provides valuable insights.

 

What makes these sessions different?

In my sessions, we don't follow set instructions. We work freely with the horses and their gifts. We don't invite a specific horse to participate; instead, we let the horses make their own choices.

These sessions offer a unique space where magic can unfold. Together with Sabine, the owner of Stal Hooy, we enter the paddock, open the energy, and set the intention to work together for the highest good. The horse that resonates with the energy will join in, and this can change over time. We follow the spontaneous routes that present themselves and trust the information that comes through, through my attunements, Sabine's experience as a horse coach, and the horses themselves.

 

This way, there's no control whatsoever, leaving room for magic. We combine our clear vision, hearing, and feeling with that of the horses.

 

What can you expect?

Every session is unique and special, but this one... is truly threefold. You'll witness the magical collaboration between human and animal. You'll experience how to tune into the information available in our field and how it resonates with you. During the session, you'll be mirrored from three sides, making you aware of your thoughts, beliefs, fears, posture, and body language. And not only that; you'll also have the opportunity to practice with a different version of yourself. A session among horses can feel extra vulnerable, but that also makes it extra effective.

You can choose a single session or a growth trajectory for yourself or as a team of colleagues.
