Perhaps you’ve heard of equine coaching before, but what I offer is an experience that goes beyond—something truly threefold.

Equine coaching uses horses as a tool for personal development. As a flight and herd animal, the horse is constantly scanning its surroundings. In traditional equine coaching, you perform a specific task in the presence of the horse, based on a particular question or challenge. During these sessions, the horse mirrors your behavior and attitude, which offers valuable insights. You can also practice new behaviors and immediately see how the horse responds, while experiencing the changes within yourself.

So what makes these sessions different?

In my sessions, we don’t follow fixed assignments. We work freely alongside the horses and their unique gifts. We don’t invite a specific horse into the paddock; instead, we allow the horses to make their own choices. These sessions create a unique space where magic can unfold. Together with Sabine, the owner of Stal Hooy, we step into the paddock, open up the energy, and set the intention to collaborate for the highest good. The horse that feels called by the energy will join in, and this can even change during the session. We follow the spontaneous paths that arise, trusting the energy and the messages the horses show us.

This approach removes any control, allowing space for true magic. We combine our intuitive seeing, hearing, and feeling with the horses’ abilities.

What can you expect?

Every session I do is unique and special, but this... this is truly three times more extraordinary. You will witness the magical collaboration between human and animal. You will experience how to tune into the information available in the field and get a taste of how this resonates with you. During the session, you will be mirrored from three angles, becoming more aware of your thoughts, beliefs, fears, posture, and body language. Not only will you become conscious of these elements, but you will also practice shifting toward a new version of yourself. A session with the horses can feel especially vulnerable, but that makes it even more effective.

How does it work?

A single session:
We take 2 hours for an equine session. This includes an intake conversation, about an hour with the horses, followed by a debrief. The investment for a single equine session is €333, which includes a deep introduction, a reading, and a clear path for further work.

Growth path:
If you have a clear goal in mind or feel you need more time, we also offer a growth path, consisting of three sessions with a total investment of €999.

• Beginning: We get acquainted and lay the foundation.

• Middle: We dive deeper into your specific themes.

• End: We bring everything together and take the final steps toward sustainable change.​
