How can we give each child what he or she really needs? How do we safeguard the group process and structure, while celebrating successes and keeping children who seek or encounter more challenges? These are the questions that drive me.

 

I help schools, teachers and parents to shape existing or new educational concepts, with attention for each child. Even in complex situations, such as home-schoolers or students with specific needs, I offer practical solutions by listening, thinking along and looking outside the box.

 

My approach revolves around rethinking, feeling, really listening and making conscious choices. From my experience as a conscious mother, youth care provider and holistic education professional, I advocate 'keeping children whole'. This means that they are allowed to fully develop into their own, unique potential - without performance pressure, but with room for trust and growth.
